12.5 Pounds – South American – Brazil Peaberry – Unroasted Arabica Green Coffee Beans – Grown Region Poco De Caldas – Altitude 3200 Feet – Drying/Milling Process Natural/Semi Washed

$81.50

South American – Brazil Peaberry – Pocos de Caldas is a very fertile area whose green hills are scattered with coffee farms. It enjoys a mild, temperate climate and an average altitude of at least 1,000m (3,280 ft.). Peaberries are very rare, occurring only 5% or less in crops when only one bean inside the cherry develops, creating a much sought-after concentrated flavor. This coffee is naturally processed using the semi washed processing method at milling. The semi washed processing produces a brighter cup than the traditional natural processing method. This coffee is produced by indigenous members of the local farmers cooperative with Brazilian Arabica Cultivars of coffee plants. It has taste notes of hazelnut, orange, chocolate, brown sugar. 1) ROASTING COFFEE to perfection is truly an art, a distinct set of skills developed over time with experience. The most basic description of the roasting process would be that the beans need to be heated to around 400*F in about 7-12 minutes and then cooled quickly. As heat is applied the beans will change in color from green to yellow, to ever darkening shades of brown, once the roast level desired is achieved beans are cooled quickly. 2) ABOUT US – We are award-winning family operated coffee supplier. We search the world over for the very best coffee beans we can find. Our coffees are grown by farmers who practice sustainable farming and encourage bio-diversity. We buy from partners who treat workers well, pay fairly. Over the years we’ve found that those who are committed to these goals grow coffees with the finest taste and highest quality. 3) SHIPPING – We ship within 24 hours Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) by USPS Priority with a 2-3 day delivery time. 4) SATISFACTION – Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. We work very hard to fulfill your order perfectly every time but if we make mistake, we will gladly make right for you. 5) CONTACT US – Please message us anytime we are always here to help!
